Printing a Proof of Your Output
Printing a Proof of Your Output
For outputs that you plan to print on a PosterPrinter™ or VisiMate™
System, you can print a scaled down version of the output as a proof on a
laser or inkjet printer using the Proof Print feature. Use the following
procedure to print a proof of your output. This feature is useful if you
would like to test print your output before you print to your specialty
printer.
To print a proof of the current output
1. Create or open the output for which you want to create a proof print.
2. Select Proof Print from the File menu. The Proof Print dialog box
appears displaying a list of printers on which you can print a scaled
representation of the current output. All the printers installed on
your system appear in this list.

3. Select a printer.
4. Click OK. The output prints to the selected printer. The scaling
factor used and the output name are also printed.
